  • Course 1 - Salt Roasted Summer Beets over Parsnip Puree with Balsamic and Chive
  • Course 2 - Char-Grilled Portabella Mushroom with Crispy Baby Artichokes and Goat Cheese Mousse
  • Dessert - Coconut Cream Pie
